”Very cozy place that was a perfect distance to get to downtown Spencerport or some of the other restaurants down Ridge Road. Very clean room with an updated bathroom. It isn't a large room, but it was perfect for what we needed.”

”Arrived and was given the key card to a used room with dirty towel still on the unmade bed. After clerk came up to verify my claim she unlocked the next room. Gave it a quick glance and walked out saying she would return with key cards. She never did. Room smelled musty and humid and air conditioner barely BARELY worked!! Each time, including when we arrived, we had to wait at the front desk for someone to show up and assist us. It was always unmanned. Since it was late we just slept and left in...
