”My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and found it to be very clean and quiet. The staff members were very friendly and Geraldo (at the front desk) was extremely nice and helpful. Excellent experience!!”

”Terrible stay. From the moment I entered my room, I found an ozone generator running, which made me cough and caused lung irritation throughout the day. These machines are too risky to have on when guests arrive and should never be used in occupied rooms, as they can be dangerous to people and animals. They switched my room, but the issues continued. On the second night, the fire alarm went off at 4:00 AM for about 10 minutes, then again from 5:00 AM to 5:38 AM. I didn’t get any sleep that...

”Elevator in bad need of service, got stuck a couple of times, staff said work order in but awaiting part. Was there two weeks and not fixed as of my checkout date. Room door did not close properly and countertop cooktop not working due to bad wiring. Lobby staff said electrician was called, no one ever showed.”

”I've been going to this hotel for years, whenever I'm in town. I can definitely tell there has been a change in management. The former manager Brenda ran a tight ship. The hotel was so clean it sparkled, the service was amazing....I mean Brenda hasn't been there in years and not only did she introduce herself to us but i still know her name. This hotel is still good. I will continue to stay there when I'm in town. The rooms are still clean. The pool is broken. One of the elevators is broken....

”Clean room, clean linen very nice staff. Breakfast was ok, sausage gravy was a little watery and sausage patties were overcooked. But very clean and staff was very nice and helpful. We will be back”

”I stayed 4 weeks. The room is spacious. Furniture is minimalist but well-kept. I would prefer a larger desk instead of the small square table. I brought my own lamp. I'm not a fan of overhead lighting. Bed is very comfortable and clean. Refrigerator is half size, and has a separate freezer. Handy for frozen dinners. Water is hot. Pressure could be better. Overall, a good deal for the price.”
