”Property had reasonable price. However guest at least expecting property to be clean. There was too many spider everywhere in the property. Clear haven’t clean it properly I had to spent an hour to clean which something you do not expect in your holiday. Location was perfect. Easy parking , Just 7 min drive from Windermere. There is local shop around so easy to get stuff.”

”The property photos must have been taken a long time ago and are misleading, particularly the living sreas, which are dark and in need of an upgrade. Despite earlier negative reviews, the bathroom and showers and hot water were fine. Host did not respond to emails seeking reassurance that issues raised in other reviews had been addressed.”

”Amazing place to stay. First time staying in a B&B having favoured hotel stays in the past and what a nice change in made. From the warm and friendly welcome and throughout the 3 day stay everything met or exceeded our expectations. The room (Burley) at the top of the house was amazing with a roll top bath in the room, the most comfortable of bed and just the ambiance of the house made the experience even better. Breakfast was lovely and the hosts were super friendly too.”
