”Convenient location. Quiet rooms....we could not hear the planes at all. Nice area for walking and close by Liberty Station complex. EV Chargers in the parking lot were a definite plus.”

The first night we had a king room, and it seemed fine, BUT the bed was CRAZY high, and he had a terrible time getting in and out and wound up on the floor at 2:30 am and couldn’t get up - we had to call the desk for help, and John came up and he was AWESOME - very kind and also strong and helped get my husband up off the floor. ”This property was an excellent location for our vacation, which included several days of fishing with the local charters. Ground floor room made it convenient to carry our gear back and forth easier to the docks. Super friendly staff and the water pressure and hot water in the shower was AMAZING! Definitely 2 thumbs up. We will re-book in the future.”

”Wife and I both got food poisoning from the breakfast. One morning at 8 am someone from staff just barged in to the room even though DND sign was on door. Freaked us out, person ran from the room quick when he realized it was occupied. Hot water was out for two days. ”

There were people waiting for rooms still at 5pm. People were waiting in the lobby because the room s were not ready and in some cases the AC wasn't working. ”Staff was nowhere to be found and when he showed up, he was not very communicative, blank stares and poor hygene it seemed. The room was alright, comfortable bed, nice TV and lights but the overall property looks very old. Good water pressure, the AC goes from 0 to 100, bit difficult to have stable temperature. ”Stayed at this hotel a few years ago. Since then, there has been made some renovations, mostly painting (elevator was still smelling paint so did wonder if it was still wet). Old worn out furniture. If you want housekeeping, you must ask for it the day before. Used to be ok during COVID, but nowadays that's just strange not to talk about that waiver they ask to sign at check-in!
