”The property was great other than having to pay $25 a night to park our car in the parking lot. ”

”The problem with this property is not the property- It’s the bar across the street and not the airport. EDM bass all night long til1:30am. If you expect any sleep you might want to reconsider. Convenient to a lot of attractions walking distance great food. Too bad people are so inconsiderate. Also they were doing light work- nail gun all afternoon in the fence. Bummer!”

”Wife and I both got food poisoning from the breakfast. One morning at 8 am someone from staff just barged in to the room even though DND sign was on door. Freaked us out, person ran from the room quick when he realized it was occupied. Hot water was out for two days. ”

”Stayed at this hotel a few years ago. Since then, there has been made some renovations, mostly painting (elevator was still smelling paint so did wonder if it was still wet). Old worn out furniture. If you want housekeeping, you must ask for it the day before. Used to be ok during COVID, but nowadays that's just strange not to talk about that waiver they ask to sign at check-in! ”I stayed at Hotel Point Loma and would give it about a 3-star experience. The location is definitely one of the best things about it. It’s close to the marina, restaurants, and only a short drive to many San Diego attractions, which made getting around very easy. The staff was friendly and check-in was simple, which I appreciated after traveling. The room had basic amenities like a mini fridge and microwave, which were convenient for a short stay. ”Bathroom toilet had cigarette burn stains on the lid. No shower sprayer holder. Just hangs there. Dirty shower and bathroom is in major need to maintenance. Mirror looked to have graffiti On the that someone tried to clean. Bed is bad. Sinks in the middle. Overall spear the extra 20 dollars and stay at a hotel that keeps up the rooms. ”
