”We've been to Reno a few times now and the J Resort is a very clean updated Hotel and Casino. The rooms were very nice and clean. Next time we go to Reno we will definitely stay there again.”

”Stayed here several times, the property is a little older but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and prompt. The swimming pool is great and location is convenient for university events and places to find out.”

”We didn’t like that there was limited hotel parking and that we incurred a $15 a day parking fee. Breakfast was tasty and complimentary! We did find it strange that most housekeeping staff did not understand English. We asked for a few items and at least 4 different employees could not comprehend what we were asking for ie: a garbage bag, glasses for the room, towels, and a bathroom scale to weigh our luggage. Usually there is a scale in every fitness center of every hotel we’ve ever stayed...
”Our room was nice, the help was kind, the lobby and elevator areas were needing attention as far as cleanliness and attractiveness go. These are high traffic areas but could use a daily cleaning (or multiple cleanings), things felt grungy. It made me nervous about the room but it turned out great! ”
”If you’re looking for a place to stay dine and entertain yourself without having to leave the property this is your place.
However, I do recommend visiting downtown and dinning in the local spots.”

”I enjoy staying at the Whitney Peak in Reno. It is unlike anything you will find downtown, they have a beautiful lobby and rooms, friendly staff, and it’s quiet and easy to navigate which I love. The locations is great too, with El Dorado being across the street, the Reno sign being right there, and fun bars close by. I am a happy returning guest here.”
