”Very nice and cozy place.”

”We did enjoy our stay there at the lane retreat in hunter valley, however, I should mention something I didn’t quite like. I did write to them that my girlfriend is allergic to pumpkin seeds or pepitas and the granola we were given for breakfast had lots of them. I would have appreciated if someone have read the message and maybe picked a different type of granola or musli for us. I had to pick out every pumpkin seeds of the whole bag so she could eat too. Apart from that we loved everything...

”Set back from mcdonalds road so pretty quiet. We enjoyed the balcony and the view from it.”

”The place was lovely but the air-conditioner in both bedrooms needed replacing. The manager did give us a good heater after being cold in both bedrooms on the first night. We needed to leave the door open in the 2nd bedroom to allow the heat to flow through from the living area. ”

”Great venue”

”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The owners and amenities exceeded our expectations and the owners went out of their way to make you feel welcomed. ”

”Such a lovely quiet location in love surrounds to enjoy a break away from the city.”

”Very dirty property.”

”We booked a room for 5 persons and the room was prepared for 4 people. When asked, we were told that it is possible to make the sofabed and bring a towel, but only against additional costs. The room was dates and poorly cleaned and had a half eaten cherry and similar items on the floor ”

”Great stay! We had a really enjoyable stay at Leisure Inn Pokolbin Hill. The reception staff were absolutely fantastic — friendly, welcoming and very helpful from the moment we arrived. The location is great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Great value, great location and fantastic staff. Would happily stay again!”

”On arrival there was no visible reception, which was surprising given how busy the weekend was. It was very confusing to find our accommodation and we had to call multiple times before anyone answered. The room provided was not the one we booked, and the property looked very run-down. Perhaps new owners but they certainly weren’t very helpful. Rooms were not serviced. For $1,000 for two nights, it was definitely not worth the money and would say, was the worst place we’ve stayed in Pokolbin. Very...

”Beautiful elegant room and a super comfortable bed. The grounds and gardens were delightful. Our host was lovely and helpful. My only negative is the horrible acrylic blankets on the bed, hot and uncomfortable to sleep under. We will be back with byo blankets.”

”What a beautiful, intimate, quaint cottage and only 10 minutes from the vineyards. Helen was the most lovely host, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. It was so peaceful and it felt like we were stepping into a cottage in the rolling hills of England. We loved our stay, the lovely breakfast each morning and definitely will be returning in the cooler months to sit around the beautiful log fire with a bottle of the Hunter’s finest.”

”Clean room very friendly and helpful husband wife owners on the spot to greet and farewell Thank you”

”The hotel was a great stay for a few days, the owner Chris is a nice guy and very accommodating. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy.”
