”Our room was very warm and cosy, felt very at home here. Location was great! Bed was beautiful and soft. Easy parking. Staff were happy and helpful. Italian restaurant on the property was delicious also.”

”My daughter and I had a lovely stay at HBoutique. The apartments are very roomy and clean. The beds were very comfy as well. The only complaint we did have was the walls are very thin and you can hear people in the other apartments.”

The hotel is a motel style place with no services. The water at the swimming pool looked not that fresh nor clean. Recommend staying outside of the wine region. ”We had a wonderful time at this beautiful historic hotel. The staff are the greatest asset, and provide genuine, heartfelt excellent service in everything they do. The team that looks after the rooms is also exceptional. Having seen some other people’s reviews, I think you need to bear in mind that this is a building which is more than 100 years old, and it has been updated to a very comfortable and pleasant experience. It was very confusing to find our accommodation and we had to call multiple times before anyone answered. The room provided was not the one we booked, and the property looked very run-down. Perhaps new owners but they certainly weren’t very helpful.
