”Shower leaked, air conditioner on a timer and turns itself off, first checkin text no access code given therefore I had to contact property, dirty coffee cup, left over food from previous guest, half a roll of toilet paper with no replacement. Two nights of accommodation with only one bath towel per stay. No housekeeping during the duration of our stay.”

”We stayed here recently and while the room itself was beautiful and set in a stunning area, unfortunately our experience was let down by a few issues. There were constant insects throughout our stay, including a large number of ants crawling in the room and even in the bed, which made it very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep at night. The sink tap was also extremely loose, and the shower had no door or proper screen, meaning the entire bathroom flooded every time we showered. That said, the...
