”Place was as depicted. Great place to stay, especially for beach access. You might want to note that this unit is on about 70th street, and the boardwalk doesn't start until about 40th. If you want more isolated beach play, this is great but not so great if you want to walk/eat by the boardwalk. Had a small issue with the water heater, but we resolved it ourselves. Warning - This unit is on the main floor. If the upstairs guests are noisy, you can hear everything. If they're quiet, no problem....
