"We got there and I had booked a two bed but they said they were out of two bed rooms, so we got two rooms instead and the two rooms we got both had people already staying in there, so we got a third room and the fire alarm was hanging by just wires"

"The only issue with the property was that check in was at 3 we arrived at 5 and did not actually get checked in until after 6. When I asked to speak to the manager there was no resolution just a dry sorry they were really busy. The property was clean and very nice otherwise."
