”Everyone is very friendly, the room is small but very clean. The breakfast is tasty with pumpkin porridges, eggs and many other dishes. You can walk to many scenic places of the West Lake. There are also good restaurants close by. Overall the service meets or exceeds the North American standards. ”

”First, this is not a hotel. It's a property operated by the owner. So it doesn't have those hotel facilities. The property is located inside the West Lake (Xihu) scenery district. So it's quiet and walking distance to those West Lake must-see places. The owner is very friendly.”

”Villa is the best choice I made to stay in Hangzhou. The service is excellent and they would offer to help solve my problem.

”Bellissimo resort, ovviamente stanze, parti comuni, qualità del sevizio all’altezza di Four Seasons.
Unica, invece l’attenzione e l’accoglienza riservataci.
Dal general manager ,Sig Gianni Costa alle receptionist Mariah, Rebecca, Maggie e tutto lo staff, compreso il personale dei ristoranti.
Questo è importante almeno quanto i letti comodissimi, le stanze confortevoli e le parti comuni bellissime. Tutto trasuda lusso discreto ed eleganza.
Atmosfera magica. Esperienza che ricorderemo.

”Would definitely stay here again. Near the pedestrian street of shopping and food. Room was nice and clean with comfy bed and automatic curtains and toilet. Shower was strong and I appreciated the free laundry in the basement and the available coffee and tea in the lobby.
Only drawbacks are fine for me, but may not be for light sleepers is the wall is paper thin, and you can hear muffled conversations in the next room. I had earplugs so it was fine.
Also, Elder customers may have trouble...
