”Everyone is very friendly, the room is small but very clean. The breakfast is tasty with pumpkin porridges, eggs and many other dishes. You can walk to many scenic places of the West Lake. There are also good restaurants close by. Overall the service meets or exceeds the North American standards. ”

”Bellissimo resort, ovviamente stanze, parti comuni, qualità del sevizio all’altezza di Four Seasons.
Unica, invece l’attenzione e l’accoglienza riservataci.
Dal general manager ,Sig Gianni Costa alle receptionist Mariah, Rebecca, Maggie e tutto lo staff, compreso il personale dei ristoranti.
Questo è importante almeno quanto i letti comodissimi, le stanze confortevoli e le parti comuni bellissime. Tutto trasuda lusso discreto ed eleganza.
Atmosfera magica. Esperienza che ricorderemo.
