”Staff are friendly and helpful”

”Our stay here was truly one of the sweetest highlights of our anniversary trip! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with so much warmth, kindness, and genuine care. The ladies were incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we need and made us feel right at home. 🥹💕 Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling too well when we first arrived after a very long 21+ hours of traveling. Their lovely home cooked...

”Good location. close most tourists interested places”

”Becareful when you book this place because the description advertised on Expedia is falsely statement, you have no mountain or valley view only street view or facing other building view. Inside the room size is small not 301sqf as indicated. You paid for something that you don’t get, it’s scam despite the good review for cleanliness and helpful staff. I will not return or recommend this place!”

”Great staff. Friendly services with cultural gifts. ”

”The hotel had no doorman to help us with the luggage when we got off the car. It was dim at night in the lobby, elevator and hallways to guest rooms. The air smelt like light mode in some places. There’s not enough variety for the breakfast.”

”Great place to stay, full of character and food options. Right next door to a beautiful garden. A few bakery's and places to eat around on the streets. A self service laundry also.”

”I just liked everything about this hotel, from the location to services, food and staff.”

”its really more of an apartment rather than a hotel. checkin was at the security desk as no real hotel reception. the name on website is not consistent with name on street signage making it a bit awkward on arrival. good location that is easily walkable to west lake area.”

”Don’t trust the pictures, hotel and rooms were dirty there was garbage left in”

”Its dated and need a face lift. Some old equipment and stuff left in the drawers. Otherwise, a good stay especially given the location and easy access to everything.”

”The room was very small and apparently no window. To be precise, there was a closed window toward the reception.”

”Best feature of this property are the grounds outside the building itself. Take a tour around the backyard gardens. Rooms themselves are dated with small washrooms. You’re in the middle of a tourist zone so getting to and from the hotel requires your patience as long lines of caps string ahead of you in a slow crawl. Don’t get caught out ordering coffee from the breakfast restaurant in the morning. We were charged $10 for each coffee.”

”It’s very hard to find this place. It isn’t visible from the road and there is no visible sign near the road and the driver went in circles for some time. The rooms are not well-kept so it has a feeling of a youth hostile. Staff was nowhere to be seen at check out so I gave my key to a random guy. They never cleaned my room or gave me fresh towels. The location by the lake is amazing but this place needs new management. It looks much better on Expedia then in real life.”
