”Stayed here to attend a conference on site which was convenient. Breakfast is very good and I really liked the on site spa and fitness facilities. The spa had a promotion with the hotel which was good. The room is nice, comfortable and clean.
Would’ve appreciated a mini fridge in the room although the hotel staff allowed me to keep things in reception. The reception staff are generally very helpful except one male manager during my stay who was not very flexible or helpful.”

”I booked a single room with twin bed but upgraded to a double bed and got a better room. The room itself was quite dark, except for first thing in the morning when the sun lit up the room and the bathroom, which was nice. The bedroom had only one central light (quite dark) and one bedside light, with no lighting over by the desk where the kettle/tea/coffee were, which was a little awkward. The bathroom was very nice, light, airy and spacious.

”Expecting refurbished spa disappointed with condition Six people were awaiting entry at 6.30am let in five minutes late.windows rattled from wind regularly was assigned another room which was more spacious and good.limited to two pillows for couple people offering limited support.Food was good and well presented thank you.”

”The hotel was very beautiful old building. The apartment was spatious, bathrooms were very nice, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the temperature in the room was too high. Windows couldn't be kept open because of the terrible smell from the cows next to the hotel!”
