”Room was spotlessly clean and the bath and shower room was fantastic, all the staff were friendly and courteous and the food was brilliant. Excellent pub for everyone with a good selection of drinks, we will be returning here”

”Parking is good we didn’t have a drink in the bar. We have stayed here many times over the years but it has gone downhill. Poor maintenance in the bathroom… no hot water for a shower or a wash! Went to breakfast and was told we had to be finished within half an hour… people on the next table… the waitress actually asked them to leave!! My husband complained at reception but they just said ok I’ll let them no… with no apology. Also check in not very welcoming! Also they have spoilt the...

”This was one of the best places I have stayed in a long time. The look of the Ribchester Arms, when we arrived, was impressive. We had a very large room and bathroom, both very modern with a 'fridge and juices, milk, drinks and biscuits. The staff were very helpful and looked after us. Breakfast was freshly cooked and pretty good. We ate there a couple of nights and the food was wonderful. A recommended place to stay .”

”Huge comfortable bedroom with large en-suite bathroom with separate bath plus a walk in shower. We booked the spa, dinner, bed & breakfast break - the spa was nice but the water in the outdoor pools was too cold.”

”Room was great, spacious and clean. Evening meal was below average, organization around breakfast was quite poor no staff to look after guests and food. So room - I can recommend, evening meal and breakfast - better go elsewhere. ”
