”Cottage was ok but after booking through hotels.com I was contacted by Host & Stay and advised I had to pay an additional fee for a damage waiver. Alternatively I could pay a deposit but they take an admin fee so you don’t get the full amount back plus they state they may take 14 days to refund.”

”Comfortable bed, some noise from people on the landing as there was a gap at the bottom of the door but this was only a minor inconvenience. Friendly staff, plenty of teacand coffee in the room too.”

”Absolutely filthy apartment, had not been cleaned for months. Shower upstairs leaked through the kitchen ceiling and no heat control downstairs so scalded you. WiFi didn’t work and parking not possible near to the apartment. ”
