”Stayed for 3 nights. Room was ohkay. TV's could be bigger. Shower took forever to get hot. Not terrible. Noticed they put the same exact stale bagels out for the breakfast every morning. ”

”Owners are attentive and easy to reach at all times. Clean, comfortable rooms. I’ve stayed here many times and slept on a couch bed 3 times, getting the best sleep I had in months. The two rooms we have stayed in have everything needed to reheat and eat mesls. I just discovered the full kitchen and lounge for guests. No TVs in rooms, but WiFi allows using a laptop or phone for that, or go to common area TV. Restaurant (great food)) has different owners who don’t always stay open as posted, so...

”The Inn is very charming and is on the national register of historic places. They had a restaurant open nightly with live music Friday evening, which made the experience special! The front desk staff were very friendly and the coffee and tea station with real half-and-half or whole milk was a nice touch!”

”Staff were fantastic, food at the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was also great. Facilities were just right - a nice mix of homely and welcoming”

”I was in Stowe last weekend and broke my shoulder so the next day I stopped by the Grey Fox inn to ask the if they could please cancel my reservation because of my accident. I was aware I had made the reservation through Expedia and was also aware that the cancelation date was over due. I explained the situation to the front desk girls (2) and both said I had to contact Expedia. I did, Expedia contacted the hotel and the hotel said no...I'm sure they double sold my room since they know I was not...

”The property had a nice and cozy feel. Certainly not what I expected, but pleasantly surprised. Very clean. The pool and hot tub were out of order butcwe had a nice sized soaker tub in our room that came in handy after skiing. Stowe mount is about 10 minuyes minutes away so very convenient. ”

”Everything was clean and comfortable. Though I understand the economic advantages of using plastic cups, I think glassware should be available for drinking all beverages. Upgrading the breakfast danish and muffins would be nice - local bakery perhaps ? ”

”Loved the location - close to Stowe Mountain Resort and overlooking a river - and the cozy, modern ski cabin feel of the guest rooms and common areas. Nicole at the front desk was professional, kind, and very helpful.”

”The room was very clean and cozy, and the owner was incredibly nice and hospitable. My favorite part of the stay was the breakfast and the free cookies. What really stood out to me was how accommodating the owner was. My brother decided to join us last minute even though I had booked for only three people. I reached out to let her know, and she kindly updated the booking to four guests without any extra charge. I truly appreciated her flexibility and hospitality. I definitely recommend!”

”We enjoyed our stay at the inn especially coming to a hot tub after a whole day on the slopes. Breakfast was delicious and coffee was always fresh. Our room was nice and clean with a wonderful view to the mountain. We were on the lower floor so we could hear a lot of noise from the guests upstairs which was the only downside. ”
