”Great hotel, services, breakfast and an awesome concierge that helped us book a driver once our original tour was cancelled a bight before our tour.
The driver was so helpful and took us all the way to Moalboal in a private tour.”

”The room is really sparkling clean and well maintained. The bed is so comfy and the environment is not noisy very relaxing! The only cons I want to point out is the swimming pool is not well maintained and clean, it was dirty. ”

”Could have given 5 star to rate if not for a couple of staff in the breakfast area. Though they are nice and courteous some of them lack basic training in communication skills. They are not rude but the way the communicate can irk you. Example: told the greeter I have extra guest for breakfast response was “you know you NEED to pay right?” in a very irritating tone. Another example: ordered coke which of course is not included in the buffet as soon as the soda was delivered server demanded...

”We had an enjoyable stay & even extended for another day. Service was good except for the front desk being late that morning we were extending our stay. Securing guard seems to run the place & really well too. The big disappointment were the appliances in the unit that were not operational - the stove, the microwave & the washer/dryer. The full-size refrigerator was excellent though.”

”The hotel was wonderful. The staff, just everyone so nice. There is a woman who sings and plays acustic guitar at night, very pleasent.
Your in center city so yes traffic but still easy get taxie, shopping mail is only like 8 minutes to walk. It a great place, and yes very hot water for shower.
This will be one of my main stays when i visit again.”

”Excellent value for the money. I like the spacious room and the ability to cook in the kitchen will a full size refrigerator and microwave. I also liked the late model big screen smart TV. I will return to this property on my next trip to Cebu City. ”
