”A nice hotel and pool area, but poor service and small rooms. An example of the service: Hotel guests were reserving sunbeds by the pool with trash/small items around 6-7 in the morning (picture attached) and hadn’t arrived at the pool even by 2 PM. We mentioned this to the pool staff, saying that the spots had been reserved for over 8 hours without anyone showing up, and asked if we could take the spot. The response was that they were reserved and we couldn’t take them. We didn’t get a sunbed,...

”Just got back from a lovely stay at Aguas de Ibiza very relaxing, we stayed in a deluxe room pool view I asked for a room on the 3rd floor as you get better views of the marina. There are two pools one at ground level which is well maintained with service staff always on hand. Also the rooftop pools which along with the bar and restaurant area is stunning again staff serve drinks to you. Only bad comment would be that the bathroom in the room could do with a revamp, we stayed here 9 years ago...

”Hotel 5*****L in een rustige omgeving. Absolute top qua accommodatie, service, omgeving, eten, medewerkers. De Spa mag nog iets beter zijn. Beste hotel sinds vele jaren rondreizen in de wereld op de Aman keten na. Prijs/kwaliteit is prima. Niet twijfelen, allen hierheen.”
