”A nice hotel and pool area, but poor service and small rooms. An example of the service: Hotel guests were reserving sunbeds by the pool with trash/small items around 6-7 in the morning (picture attached) and hadn’t arrived at the pool even by 2 PM. We mentioned this to the pool staff, saying that the spots had been reserved for over 8 hours without anyone showing up, and asked if we could take the spot. The response was that they were reserved and we couldn’t take them. We didn’t get a sunbed,...

”The poolside was just amazing! We had so good vacation in The One Ibiza Hotel, relaxing music played by DJ in the pool, fantastic view... I really really recommend this hotel! The only thing that wasn´t so good was food... I would have given five stars to this hotel, but the food was the thing why I can give only three..”
