Lo malo es que el personal del estacionamiento no es muy amable, y tienen una política muy rara donde la única mascota que aceptan son perros, a pesar de que los gatos generalmente son más limpios y tranquilos. Otra cosa que no es tanto responsabilidad del hotel pero que sí les podría sugerir es que insonorizaran mejor sus habitaciones porque el ruido en la calle empieza desde muy temprano...

”We stayed 2 weeks in the Villa Franca room, which is HUGE. (Friends stayed in other rooms with mixed results… one is right beside the check in desk. Bed was comfortable. Closet in bathroom offered good storage. Breakfast on rooftop every morning was wonderful. Staff in hotel and restaurant were lovely. Great location close to cathedral. Things to consider: hotel is tricky to get to. Sidewalk turns to stairs that bring you down to the front door. Traffic, church bells and fireworks can be...

”Beautiful, intimate & quiet - the experience begins when you realize you are walking into history - a former mission turned into a hotel with only 6 rooms and yet big amenities, like a yummy breakfast and even a gym. The space is incredible, as is the staff - doing everything they can to be of service . My only issue was the WiFi, but even that the GM was actively trying to fix! ”

”We stayed 9 nights at Casa Calderoni (Jan 7-15, 2026) and it was the one bright spot in an otherwise disastrous vacation. My wife became ill and had to spend 6 days at the hospital. Fortunately, the staff (Luis, Miguel, and others) at Casa Calderoni was WONDERFUL. When we had questions, they had answers, when we had problems, they had suggested solutions. We can't say enough good things about the great treatment we received there. ”
