âI enjoyed our stay at this property, immensely. The managerial staff was attentitive and helpful (thank you, Francesca). The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities my family required. It was extra convenient having a grocery store and a cafe/bakery located adjacent to the lobby. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient were the lack of sidewalks, leading away from the facility. I was required to rent a car in order to navigate around the Santa Severa area. âStort fint hus litt ute pĂ„ landsbygda i Ă„kerlandskap. Trivelig personale. De yngre snakker litt engelsk, ellers italiensk. Grei frokost med butikkvarer. God te og kaffe. Vi fikk sjekket inn veldig seint etter avtale. Kommunikasjon pĂ„ whatsapp fungerer bra. Gode senger. Kan trygt anbefales.â
âLocation was wonderful. Nice pool and access to the sea. Make sure at check in to get a ticket to present to the lifeguard otherwise you will not be allowed to use the loungers. This was not told to us at check in so we were not initially aware. â
âVery personable staff. They take the time to walk you around the property and helped with transportation to the airport. Highly recommend this property.â
âNot a nice experience. Super hot, and no air conditioning. Advertised own parking place, own private beach, but did not mention they all costr extra. Reservation included free breakfast buffet, but the reception told us "no there is no free breakfast, breakfast from a short list costs 25 euros per person, sorry". No explanations, no nothing, just "sorry".â
