”Extremely difficult and stressful check-in process that made very little sense and turned what should have been a simple arrival into a frustrating experience. The host was also quite rude and made us feel as though our responsibility was to look after the apartment for the next guests rather than making us feel welcome. ”A great place to stay to get away from the crowds and enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Given that it is away from the city center, you will need to take taxis or rent a car to get to where you want to go. The villa was peaceful, clean, and the bottles of wine and treats in the room were such a nice touch. Lastly, thank you Cristina and Nicola for a wonderful stay! You both were so kind and very helpful answering any questions I had! Highly recommend!”

”Great for our 3 night stay. The top floor apartment had everything we needed. Double bed. Sofa bed, bathroom with large shower, cooking facilities a terrace and a view between apartments of the marina. For drivers parking was right outside. For non drivers bus service every 30 minutes from La Spezia/Portovenere. Restaurants are so close. Host waa excellent phoning to make sure we weren’t lost on our arrival by bus and providing lots of details on how to get to places. ”

”The place lives up to its name of “luxurious room”. The room is recently renovated and is modern, clean and well provisioned, even with slippers. It is located near the cruise ship pier and has restaurants nearby. The host is extremely gracious and hospitable. He not only waited to welcome us well into the night but also drove us to the Castle when we could not find a taxi to go there. The interaction with him left us a wonderful memory for La Spezia.”

”Das Check-In ist gewöhnungsbedürftig! Per WhatsApp erhielten wir die Bedienungsanleitung für den Zugang. Zimmer und Bad sind sauber. Wir haben 2x übernachtet, aber kein Personal gesehen. Um die Rechnung zu zahlen, mussten wir das Geld bar auf dem Tisch liegen lassen. Für uns ein wenig ungewohnt! Sehr teuer für das gebotene!”

”Todo fue genial, la ubicación de metro para ir a cinque terre, cerquisima, y la estaciones de bus, a unos pasos del hotel! El personal de lo más lindo y amable, la limpieza excelente, la seguridad que se siente viajando con la familia, genial, y además tenían muchos extras para uno como agua fría, café y galletas, detalles que marcan la diferencia”
