Queen Margarette Hotel - Downtown
Staff was courteous but the bridal suite ceiling needs repainting looks like has water leaks. Bath towels needs replacement it’s not white anymore very old. Bathrooms needs more lighting. Although breakfast was good. That’s the only I’m happy about.

The whole second floor didn’t have hot water and we only realized this after settling in and unpacking. The hotel said the only thing they could do was change us to the 3rd floor. The property location is so difficult to find! No signage to direct the travelers. We have to go different local information officials to find the parking and ride the boat. Very frustrating! But the property caretaker was so hospitable and service oriented.
