Ilha dos Meros: Opastetut kierrokset ja aktiviteetit

O hotel é bom, tem ótima localização para quem gosta de pegar praia, pois é frente mar e a região é tranquila, além de ser próximo ao Barra Shopping (5min de Uber). Já fiquei muitas vezes quando era Novotel e o serviço sem dúvidas era superior, a estrutura é a mesma, mas o atendimento e o serviço (comparando) caiu um pouco. Exemplo, o Novotel oferecia serviço de praia com Toalhas, cadeiras e guarda-sol, atualmente tiraram o guarda-sol. A equipe mudou mas alguns ainda são vistos com o uniforme do Novotel, ao meu ver tem que seguir um padrão. Enfim, tem pontos a melhorar, mas ficaria novamente pela comodidade e localização.

Got to stay here to enjoy the Ipanema side of Rio de Janeiro. Check in wasn’t very intuitive and there was not a 24 hour staff available for security. I found myself stuck on the inside of the apartment for some time trying to figure out how to leave the building. There were so many mosquitos within the stay that make nights sleepless - there’s a window in the kitchen that is continuously open that make nights restless. The door to the bedroom does not stay closed so I would have to lock myself in each night to hopefully separate myself from the mosquitos. The location makes walking around Ipanema easeful close to restaurants stores and bars.
