”Check-in was lacklustre and staff didn’t make me feel welcome. Room was clean but there was a drink ring on the side table, a partial rubber glove on the bathroom floor (at least I hope it was) and there was no sugar only sweetener for the coffee. Very cumbersome to get on the wifi if you’re not a Hilton Honours member. Lesser hotels offer free wifi with less hassle. The gift center snacks were outrageous with a small child size bag of chips priced at $8. Overall not impressed with this...

”Not a great stay, unfortunately. While the location is nice, the hotel looks a bit dated - the full-floor carpeting or something else causes the place to smell mouldy. My shower only had one mode, which was a hard spray, and my toilet clogged up twice in a 3 day stay.”

”The main reason for giving this review the rating I did was due to cleanliness. It could been much cleaner. You could tell it isn’t being properly cleaned. That alone would increase my review. Also, the pool water wasn’t the best but seemed as if it got a lot of use that day as well. ”
