The hallways and elevators were consistently clean, and it was clear that the staff took good care of the common areas. ”This B&B is absolutely worth visiting due to the breakfast. If you are tired of those standard hotel breakfasts visit this place and you'll be happy. Rooms are rather normal and the general spaces are full of "collector's" stuff, don't let that disturb you (ok the weightlifter statue might get the cr** out of you if you stay in the room next to that) .. breakfast is the thing why you come here (you'll get a 5* breakfast in this place). Staff is extremely nice (enjoyed discussing with them a lot)...

”I loved this hotel! It’s in a beautiful part of uptown Chicago (Andersonville- an adorable gayborhood), near lots of cute shops, thrift stores, pubs, and bakeries. It sits right across the street from a beautiful cemetery, filled with gorgeous old trees. The lobby is charming and welcoming, as is the rooftop deck, where you can see the Chicago skyline in the distance. The rooms are nicely decorated-tasteful, not overly adorned. Our room had a lovely balcony that we enjoyed. Beds were comfortable...

”I love the location of this B&B. Right across from a beautiful park, walkable to some fabulous restaurants and shops - and the red line is so close! My room was clean, quiet, cutely decorated. The kitchen was well-stocked with breakfast options. My one recommendation would be - I wish the coffee was higher quality! The host was prompt, friendly, and responsive to my needs. I'll be back for sure!”
