”Very spacious room, great welcome and all clean. The breakfast was Hampton top of the line. My only issue is if it's Hilton mandate not to have a daily housekeeping tidy-up, that needs to be stated clearly up front, actually at booking. I'd rather book two single nights than have to make my own beds and tidy up while on holiday. That's not a holiday.”

”A very basic hotel- no frills! Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was coffee or hot water for tea, hot chocolate and oatmeal packets., NutriGrain bars and packaged muffins.”

”The Glen Club is always my go to hotel when staying near Chicago. I love its more private location because it feels like a quiet retreat away from the city. Every time we have stayed there it has been peaceful, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. With only 21 rooms, the boutique atmosphere makes it feel even more exclusive and relaxing. The hotel is consistently spotless, beautifully updated, and very well maintained, and the onsite restaurant is excellent. The only things I would love to see...

”Not a great stay, unfortunately. While the location is nice, the hotel looks a bit dated - the full-floor carpeting or something else causes the place to smell mouldy. My shower only had one mode, which was a hard spray, and my toilet clogged up twice in a 3 day stay.”

”The hotel is okay. It’s dated and I don’t mind that but it shouldn’t show on the floors and walls. The blackout curtains don’t work if the window can peak around them. The noise from the other guest/dogs made the night time bad.”

”Really nice staff, clean & comfortable accommodations- plus, it’s super close to CTA and Loyola Marymount. Easy to walk around, with restaurants nearby. ”

”Staff was very nice, bed was clean but the condition of the walls and things like tv remote were sticky and didn’t work, hotel smelled like weed but can’t blame the staff for that. Good price for hotel but don’t expect much, if they redid the interior I would stay here every time ”
