”Perfect place to stay just outside the city. Location was within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to see or do. Clean, beds very comfortable. Felt safe, quiet on the neighborhood side. The I-55 noise is uncontrollable, but tolerable. Easy communication w/ host. Highly recommend!!”

”I would only have a few suggestions. 1. There needs to be hand towels in the bathrooms. 2. There were no dish towels or dish rags in the kitchen. 3. There needs to be a top sheet and a blanket on the beds and the pillows need to be replaced. 4. Maybe set some kleenex boxes around, especially with it being wintertime. Otherwise, we had a great time and our stay was very good. Very cute house! Thank you!”

”This was our 3rd time staying at the Homestead Hideaway and once again, it did not disappoint. The location is perfect for a quiet and stress free stay. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable and we enjoy the jetted tub in the master bath. We'll continue to return for as long as this quality property is available. ”

”It’s an older house, so you are dealing with creaky floors and such, which is ok. The floors were really dirty/sticky so we had to clean. There were also virtually no pots/pans that weren’t old/rusted/flaking. The owner was apologetic, reimbursed us for our time cleaning and pots/pans we had to buy. It needs a better selection of cooking things, so hopefully that gets adddress so families can stay there. ”

”This is a wonderful property. It’s an older home but very clean and cozy with plenty of space to cook and entertain family. We loved the big dining room table and the comfortable beds. Thank you!”
