We appreciated having access to the garage since we had a car rental. House was easy to get to and close in proximity to all the attractions we were interested in seeing. It is close to Hospital if someone needed a homey place nearby. ”

”This home was perfect for our family - it is on a quiet street and is convenient to all of our favorite STL spots. We also appreciated being able to walk to a local coffee shop and restaurant. The house itself is a classic Dogtown home but with nice updates. The living space was open and functional for our family. Finally, we appreciated Tommy’s responsiveness. My only caveat would be that if mobility is an issue or if you have small kids to bathe, the small bathrooms could be hard to navigate...

There is an AC unit there and in the middle area like the ones that we found to be popular in Japan. It works incredibly well, especially since the renovations included excellent insulation. ”Visited St. Louis to celebrate our daughter’s birthday with friends and family. This house was perfect for our small family, and had plenty of space to let our little one run around and play. The crib was an added bonus, as we didn’t need to travel with a pack and play. The property was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped to cook a few meals during our stay. Location is wonderful! Only a few blocks to Tower Grove Park for a daily walk, with coffee shops on the way. Would definitely stay here...
