”Convenient for a value budget hotel”

”This cozy hotel is located near busy streets of Makati. Neighborhood is a bit restless, but even room being at the busy end of the road the noise was not much disturbing. Room was spacious and very clean, while bed mattress was very hard, which could be easily fixed by softer mattress topper - anyway tastes vary on this topic. Overall I liked this place a lot, if I visit around the area in future, this will be my pick again - even I do like to change places, this one makes exception.”

”Nice hotel for our needs since we were visiting family in the area. There are a variety of walkable restaurants and an outdoors food hall on the street. Only issue was the bathroom/shower set up which was a little uncomfortable. The shower head only had little water coming out so the pressure wasn’t enough to wash your hair appropriately. ”Property was as described and well maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly. The check in was easy. Overall was excellent for a budget hotel. We used it for my wifes family to visit Manilla. We had the room that sleeps 10 and it worked out great.”

”We arrived late in the property since we came from the North (Bulacan) and travelled to the South. Good thing I was able to call the property and informed them that we'll be late. Please note, that the number in here isn't the updated one. The updated one I was able to find in their website. So please update the number here Hotels.com. As described the hotel was an ancestral home converted to a hotel. The room isn't new or modern, but it has a cozy and comfortable feel to it. I like that...
