”Sain mitä halusin: edullisen majoituksen lähes keskustassa. Viereinen Arthur's seat toimi loistavana lenkkipaikkana, ja kävellenkin jaksaa kaupunkia katselemaan. Tukku busseja huristelee risteävällä tiellä kohti keskustaa ja kaakkoa, mutta hurinat eivät kuuluneet hotelliin. Samainen Clerk St/Newington Rd on täynnä pikkuliikkeitä, joista saa päivittäistarpeet ja ruuat. Portaiden ja ovien käynti kuului huoneeseen, mutta yöpyjät olivat ainakin onneksi hiljaista sorttia. Kokemusta värittää oranssit...

”Host is lovey. This is an old pub that’s being converted into various rooms on the top 2 floors. Bathrooms are not on-suite however their are adequate facilities to be shared amongst the rooms so this wasn’t an issue for me. Value for money is second to none. The rooms are clean, tidy and spacious enough for 1-2 travellers. Downstairs their is a kitchen and eating area (multiple booths) so you can prepare and cook your own food. ”Staff was great and friendly. Unfortunatly the room wasnt properly cleaned, little bits of dirt everywhere. The provided tea cups were dirty. Breakfast was nice, not very wide but it was fine.”
