”Pidin hotellista ja kaikki sujui hienosti, ainoa miinus oli 50 punnan takuumaksu joka piti tullessa maksaa - se tuli yllätyksenä, ja kokemattomuuttani en ollut enää varma veloitetaanko vesipulloista ym, varmuuden vuoksi vain käväisimme suihkussa ja nukuimme sängyssä, aamulla sentään söimme keksit jotka vastaanottivirkailija tuputti mukaamme.”

”We liked Dumfermline, beautiful countryside. We used train to the centre, walked half mile to the hotel. Buss is better if you dont want to walk. Staff was very friendly and helped us in our problems.”

”September. Very cold in room on arrival. Bathroom newish, good towels. Room service worked well. Restaurant food good, but took a long time. Staff seemed confused, even more so at breakfast, which was otherwise excellent. Kippers should be served only outdoors - the smell is terrible!”

”Siisti hotelli lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä nähtävyyksistä ja ostoskadun päästä. Ratikalla pääsi kätevästi lentokentältä hotellin kulmalle. Aamupalalla oliruuhkaa, mutta silti homma hoitui ilman suurempia odotteluita.”

”Pidin hotellin siisteydestä sekä vastaanoton mukavista palveluväestä. Myös aamupalalla ja ravintolan puolella henkilökunta oikein mukavaa. Aamupalan palvelun nopeudessa voisi hieman parantaa, mutta Skottilainen aamupala oli oikein hyvää. Oma huoneeni sijaitsi hotellin sisäänkäynnin yläpuolella, jonka vuoksi ulko-oven avaamiset kuuluivat huoneeseeni jonkin verran, kenties siinä voisi olla äänenvaimennuksen lisäämisen paikka. Kaikenkaikkiaan kuitenkin erittäin mukava hotelli ja vahva suositus, jos...

”Kiva hotelli. Early check in ei onnistunut. Sijainti ihan kiva. Pieni mehutarjoilu ja keksit aulassa kivat.”
