This beautifully updated 5-bedroom townhome features beach-inspired décor, a cozy living room with a Smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a large center island. The upstairs Foosball loft adds a fun touch for guests of all ages, and two bedrooms include private en-suite bathrooms for extra comfort during your stay.

THE LOCATION

Enjoy access to the ForteBello Beachside community pool with loungers, a pergola, and a shaded cabana area, plus scenic walking paths around the community’s pond.



Just a 15-minute walk to Millennium Beach Park and Canova Beach Park, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops along the way. The area offers jet ski, kayak, and boat rentals, along with Paddle & Oars Park and the local yacht club. Grocery stores and shopping centers are just minutes away, and the USSSA Space Coast Sports Complex is only 25 minutes from the home—perfect for guests attending tournaments or events.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You'll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.



Your Guest Portal will include your door code, Wi-Fi details, parking information, and other helpful stay information, all in one convenient place. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, our Guest Services team is always available.

• Parking is in garage (2) spots and driveway (4) spots

• DO NOT BLOCK ANYONE'S DRIVEWAY AND NO STREET PARKING!

• ADDITIONAL PARKING: THERE ARE 2 ADDITIONAL PARKING LOCATIONS BETWEEN 146 & 148 AND BETWEEN 162 & 164 MEDITERRANEAN WAY: PLEASE USE THESE 2 LOCATIONS FOR PARKING AND DO NOT USE POOL AREA OR STREET AS ADDITIONAL PARKING.

The area around Mediterranean Way sits within easy reach of Millennium Beach Park and Canova Park, with a walkable main strip of cafes, shops, and casual dining connecting the neighborhood to the shore. It's a great fit for families, multi-generational groups, and anyone seeking a real Florida beach town experience away from the bustle of more commercialized tourist areas.



Many restaurants are a short walk away. For breakfast, stop by Corey's Deli and Bagels, for lunch and dinner, select from a wide variety of foods, such as seafood, steak, Italian, subs, Mexican, and much more!



Getting Around:

While walkable to local beaches, shops, and dining, a car is recommended to explore the Space Coast. We offer free on-site parking, and Uber/Lyft are readily available. Major attractions, USSSA Sports Facility, and Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB) are all within a short 20-minute drive.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

• Paper towels

• Toilet paper

• Tissues

• Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

• Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

• Garbage bags

• Sponges

• Dish soap

• Dishwasher tabs

If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

• Mailbox access is not available for guests

• All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

• Some amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, HOA requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Florida's warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment.

• While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property. A pet fee is required to be paid of $100 per pet, per stay

• Parking is limited to 6 vehicles. Oversized vehicles or trailers can be accommodated.

• This is a multi-story unit with interior stairs.
