The Space:

Step outside onto the patio as the Florida sun warms the yard, and you'll feel why guests keep coming back to this corner of the Space Coast. Quiet streets, salt air drifting in from the coast, and a backyard built for lingering evenings set the tone for a stay that's equal parts beach trip and home base for theme park days.



This spacious townhome sleeps up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms with 6 beds, giving families and groups room to spread out without feeling cramped. A walk-in closet, additional closet space, a wardrobe, and a dresser keep everyone's belongings organized throughout the stay, and room-darkening shades in the bedrooms make it easy to sleep in after a long beach day.



Living space

The living area is set up for downtime between excursions, with a TV for evening wind-downs and a dedicated workspace tucked into a common area for anyone who needs to check in on email. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans keep things comfortable through the warmer months, while central heating is on hand if temperatures dip.



Sleeping arrangements

Across the 3 bedrooms, you'll find a total of 6 beds, with extra pillows and blankets, fresh bed linens, and an iron available for last-minute touch-ups. A pack 'n play and high chair are on hand for families traveling with little ones, along with children's dinnerware for easy mealtimes.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for guests who'd rather cook in than eat out every night, with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, electric stove, and oven covering the basics. A coffee maker, toaster, blender, and wine glasses round things out, and cooking basics, dishes, and silverware mean you can put together everything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner at the dining table. Outside, a gas BBQ grill and barbecue utensils make it easy to fire up dinner alfresco.



Bathroom

With 2.5 baths to go around, mornings move quickly even with a full house. Each bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, body soap, and hair dryer, plus a bathtub for soaking after a day in the sun.



Outdoor space

This is where the property really shines for summer evenings. The private, fully fenced backyard is made for unwinding, with outdoor furniture, a private patio, and a fire pit that's perfect for roasting marshmallows once the sun goes down. Beach essentials, including beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear, are provided so you can head straight from the door to the sand. A shared pool on the property is open 24 hours, all year, for whenever you want to cool off close to home.



Location

You're just a five minute drive from Canova Beach public beach access, which includes a dog beach, and minutes from the wider Indian Harbour Beach coastline. The world-famous Kennedy Space Center is nearby, along with shopping and restaurants in the surrounding area. Disney World and Universal Studios are about 60 minutes away, making this a workable base for a day trip to the parks without staying in the thick of the tourist crowds. Pets allowed, with free parking via a garage on premises and free street parking for added convenience. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival simple whenever you get in.
