”This was my second time staying here. The motel is in a good location, only about 15 mins from the Alyeska ski resort. Rooms was clean and warm (I stayed in March), and I would say quiet but when you have "horses" staying next door, you here their jumping and kicking and drumming... There was coffee, tea and teamaker, microwave and fridge in the room. Checking was quick and simple. I received an sms with the details and all went well. I like the large eagle statue outside the motel.”

”Beautiful location, incredible spa, and Diamond Club certainly worth it. The restaurants are okay, nothing special, but overall the resort is great. We went for skiing, but definitely plan to make another trip during summer season. Indoor pool and hot tub were great for taking our toddler.”

”Room was clean and well stocked. Newly remodeled room and building. Conveniently located downtown. Secure neighborhood. Hotel staff was very friendly, courteous and prompt. Only areas needing improvement were hotter water temperature of water out of shower and better perimeter security. An exterior door was noted to be ajar at one point. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.”

”the rooms where very clean, but the area around is not so good, to go to the centre of Anchorage you will need about 45 minutes by walk one way, but it is a good point for activities, but it will be better, to rent a car, because bus station is not near and the bus don't go very often”

”Room was quite rundown. Weather was sunny and room was hot all night long, no aircon. I guess room was so clean as possible, but feeling was not comfortable. Water was a real issue, hot water from all taps, very difficult to find cool shower temperature.”

”1. Upon arrival we were sent to a remote room on the third floor far to the rear of the property. In the room, it superficially looked like housekeeping had it ready. When we looked again we found human hair in the bathtub. That sent us to look at the beds. The white sheets and cover had very numerous stains, including red blood or lipstick stains on the top fold of a top sheet where my teenager immediately declared she refused to lie down. That sent us to the other bed, where I found debris —...

”Price was right. Location is close to airport. Shuttle service was on time. However, driver did not help with bags. Room was clean. Air gap under door allowed hallway noise in room. ”

”Very satisfied with this property. Well maintained and clean. Personable staff. Shared bathrooms impressively clean. Shared kitchen areas are well maintained with free coffee in the morning. Guest rooms have huge windows, TV, cable, internet. Its a simple, comfortable and safe place to stay and at a fraction of the price of other hotels further away from downtown.”
