The Hotel itself looks like it’s under construction. Each floors ice machine was out of service but the staff was so friendly that it made up for the hotel’s conditions. I would stay again

The Bentley Hotel Southampton
Great staff, nice big rooms, comfortable bed. Would stay again, ice machine is not working but its just a minor thing.

The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was that the heat was wildly inconsistent: in the small bedroom it was very hot, and the kitchen/living room, cool, and in the master bedroom, frigid. ...
