”The room was nice and big. Easy check in and out. They did not give advance notice about breakfast not being served bc of that area being closed down to hold reams of new carpet. So that was an added cost to our budget.”

”So the first thing I want to say is when we checked in they gave us a key to someone else’s room and we opened the door and someone was literally in there taking a shower and we hurried up and shut the door! Then we got to our room and there was a piece of the wall on the floor with nails sticking out and I’m so glad my 3 and 6 year old didn’t step on it! ”Beware of Strict Management at this property! I witnessed 3 families get removed or asked to leave property and one the lady manager called sheriff to get them out All because they had over the 4 people max per room!! (I know one family had 6 but it was children also) I heard her say it was a fire hazard and she would refund their money. I just felt the manager was over worked and overly watching cameras and harassing guest. I had two rooms for 7 people but I felt bad for those families. ”

”Was unable to contact the front desk to advise of late check in - I was given an email address to contact a manager and I never received a response. When we checked in the front desk stated the phones were out because someone tripped over the wires and they ripped out the wall. Tried for 2 days! I was unhappy and disappointed with everyone passing the buck and was not able to help. ”

”Dirty they have roaches and the pictures are some what fake it don’t look that good it look rundown for what we paid shouldn’t even be worth that want stay again ”

”The room and staff are just ok however, I was extremely disappointed in not having at least a free continental breakfast! Sure, you can buy breakfast for $15 but considering the price you pay to stay here, that’s ridiculous for a Four Points hotel! I’ve stayed at Four Points before and had a much better experience than this one. I will not stay here again.”

”The view was great and it’s right on the beach. The waterslides were NOT open for spring break, just on weekends. Having water slides all week was one of the reasons we chose this resort specifically and we were disappointed. Not a lot of dining options but the ones that were there were really good. Enjoyed the free mini golf course and free pier access. Seemed like at less half the days there was an elevator out of service for an hour or two so sometimes we had to walk around to alternating...
