”Had a great experience with Simply Rewards inn. The whole process was smooth, professional, and easy! They really take the time to make sure you understand everything and actually care about & helping me get the most out ofof my stay Communication was on point, to the young lady that check me this Morning and everything was handled in a timely manner. ”Breakfast seemed not very fresh, also lack of coffee machine in a room for me was uncomfortable, the rest was good - clean, no carpets, the hotel is in a good condition in overall. ”

”The staff needs a reality check in customer service. Overall, just rude and unprofessional. The only kind people we encountered were the ladies staffing the breakfast area in the mornings. Most front desk staff acted inconvenienced when approached by a guest. Guests are usually vacationing and the last thing they want to deal with is an unhappy Employee. ”

”Overall this was an average, pretty much no frills hotel. The rooms were clean. No microwave or closet in the room. You had to request new towels or room cleaning as they only do this every 2 days. However, you were not informed as such until we asked. Breakfast was average. But overall clean. ”

”Overall the hotel was nice, clean and spacious. Our toilet did not flush and the hotel did not seemed staffed to accommodate any guests requests. They dropped a plunger off at our door and walked away. It was a good thing we were only there for one night. ”

”I was signed up for IHG membership without asking for it. And this is very disgusting. I never gave them permission to do that.”

”Room hardly had any water pressure. There was a big gap under the door and bugs were getting in. Reported it, but nothing was done.”

”Very clean and comfortable room. Staff was extremely friendly, kind and helpful. We were greeted happily by the employees and given suggestions on things to do and places to eat in the area. Not much of a breakfast selection, but I was ok with it. Coffee was Great! Enjoyed our time there a lot and will definitely stay with them again on future visits. ”

”Wonderful location and charm! Porches under renovation during our stay but would definitely recommend to those who appreciate the history and charm of an 1820 home.”

”Beautiful and historic antebellum mansion. We had a spacious and comfortable room with access to kitchen. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the front porch looking out over the water. It’s in the center of the historic town with good restaurants in easy walking distance. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We hope to return!”

”Breakfast was good quality, the a/c was good but “loud” and being right next the bed, it didn’t seem to shut down off all night, despite changing the temperature. Not an issue for this visit but the pool was closed on the previous visit, a year ago and observed that it was still or closed again this visit. Staff were Awesome in accommodating our visit of several friends who came together for our friend who passed away in Beaufort. ”
