”Friendly greeting upon arrival. Peaceful one night stay. Full size couch w/2 recliners on each end. Clean cabin. The walk to the river is pleasant, paved, and not too far. Lots of shady areas, near the river. Very private & enough space for other guests that are staying at the same property.Covered porch. The deer gather front & center for mealtime. Close enough to the main road coming in, but without the noise of the traffic. ”

”The trip was planned as a graduation gift for my nephew. He, his brother and a friend thoroughly enjoyed swimmimg, kayaking and fishing. Beautiful area for family. We all enjoyed the peace and quiet.”

The cottage was super cute, the A/C worked well, the river was amazing and we had great communication with our host. Super cute towns (Ingram and Kerrville) and the nicest little market nearby with all the supplies we needed. ”

”This place is perfect for a romantic getaway! The cabin is so nicely furnished and was super easy for check in/check out. The kitchen had plenty of room for us to bring some snacks and drinks. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening and felt like we had plenty of privacy and quiet. The pool area is nicely updated and would be so relaxing when the warm weather gets here. I loved being close to Kerrville when we wanted to go out for a nice dinner, but the location was exactly what I wanted for a...

”Property was great! No surprises, nice amenities, well communicated instructions for check in, and getting to the property. Tons of helpful information for things to do close by or how to access things on the property and expectations. Highly recommend and would definitely return!”

”Comfortable and homey! The wrap around porch was the greatest especially in the morning for coffee. Roomy kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Wifi and good tv service. Great beds and bathrooms. Even though you have to walk a ways to the river. It's a superb place for swimming, diving, floating, just sitting. Would visit again.”
