Not 5star hotel! Maybe 3star

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The waterpark was a highlight, especially for kids. The hotel itself is modern and kept clean, and we found the staff, especially the animators and waiters, to be kind and friendly throughout our stay. However, there were a couple of downsides. First, the city tax charged at the hotel was double the amount shown in our booking confirmation, and unfortunately, the situation was not handled in a very friendly or apologetic manner by the reception supervisor. Saying sorry about the mistake would already have made a difference. Additionally, we experienced mosquito or bug bites during the nights. That said, we still appreciated many aspects of our stay and believe the hotel has a lot to offer, especially for families with young children.
