”We’ve stayed here several times, never in room number 6. It was up in the attic so very tight on space and my husband kept banging his head on the eaves. Tv didn’t work and every time a door shut below us it shook the building and was really loud. We’d stay again but not in room 6”

”Looked ok in reception but that’s as good as it got , very out dated and not a great deal worked in the room . Very nearly boiled the kettle for a coffee in the morning before looking in it . Never seen anything like that before .
When reeling off the stuff wrong with the room the staff were not bothered at all . Was charged £130 for the night and wouldn’t have paid £30 if I had a choice .”

”This shepherd's hut is in a very remote area. Some difficulty traversing the narrow country roads to get there. The view was lovely and the host friendly and accomodating. The bed was high and we, in our mid seventies, had to assist each other in and out each time.
All in all, despite the wet, windy weather, we had a sheperd's hut experience which we could not have in Canada. I think it would have been a nice area to enjoy in warmer, more pleasant weather.”
