Più che di hotel, direi si potrebbe definire un buon b&b. La struttura è moderna e vicina al mare [spiaggia di sabbia e poco affollata]. Non ho apprezzato il fatto che di notte tengano la musica accesa nelle parti comuni esterne, cosa che ha dato fastidio a me e ad altri, soprattutto se si fatica a dormire. Colazione accettabile, ma non indimenticabile. Il voto basso riguarda il mio caso specifico; avevamo prenotato e pagato per una double Classic room, ma ci è stata invece assegnata una stanza a piano terra per disabili, priva di sfogo esterno e proprio dietro il deposito delle scope con le signore delle pulizie sempre lì davanti, molto sacrificata, con un solo comodino, il condizionatore non utilizzabile perché diretto sul letto [siamo stati costretti a dormire con la porta della camera aperta sul giardino] mancanza di doccia ma doccino per disabili. Buono il materasso e i cuscini. Poco importa se tra le foto della Camera c'è ne fosse anche una con in lontananza la camera in oggetto, ma mi ha dato l' impressione di essere un po' preso in giro per collocare a qualcuno una camera che altrimenti sarebbe rimasta vuota. Nel mio caso ritengo il Prezzo pagato non adeguato al servizio offerto. Forse sarebbe meglio dividere l'offerta su Expedia tra i due tipi di camere onde evitare spiacevoli fraintendimenti.

Ok stay, but some details did not match a 5-star luxury suite experience Overall, our stay was okay, and there were some very positive aspects. The service at the outdoor restaurant was great, and the spa service was exceptional. That said, considering this is a 5-star hotel and the Pomegranate Suite is presented as a luxury/high-end room, there were several details that could be improved. We had just spent a week at Sani Dunes, and the contrast was noticeable. A small touch such as fresh flowers, which is usually expected in this type of room, was missing. The QR code for ordering food from the room did not work and showed a “page not found” error. Some areas of the room also felt outdated, with a few items appearing broken, rusty, or worn. The bedroom could also benefit from modernization, especially as there was nowhere convenient to charge a phone. In addition, there appeared to be a water leak under one of the bathroom sinks, as we found a wet towel with a stain on it. The hotel has strong potential, and some areas provide excellent service, especially the spa. However, in other areas, the service felt less warm and not as service-oriented as expected for a hotel of this level.
