We really enjoyed the food and drink and found it to be of a high standard. Overall our stay here was great and would happily come back. I highly recommend a visit!”

”This was an absolute gem of a place. The owners were so thoughtful and provided just about every kind of tea, coffee, wagon wheels, tunics tea cakes and a cracking breakfast !
Room was compact but contained everything one needed when doing the west highland way and it is literally on route (about 6’ away).
So much nicer than the enormous campsite hippy hobbit house place and the saga-bus-holiday hotel.”

The shower was the only downside--it was very hard to get the water to turn on and the water pressure was weak.”

”A cosy and nice hotel. Service and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was quite what you would expect, although points to the hotel for having also something else than english breakfast. Weakest coffee we had the entire trip though.
The room was great, however the matress was 20cm smaller than should be on the bed. It was also smaller than in the pictures and wasn’t that comfortable.

”Lovely hotel with easy parking, great food (try the tart for dessert!), beautiful views in the lounge and restuaraunt, and a delightful pool and spa area. Note that you do need reservations for the outdoor hot tub (we were late arrivals and early departure, and did not check on the process for that).
