”We had a great stay here at the Muskie-Lounge River Retreat!! We were here for my son’s wedding. The cabin was clean and ready when we arrived. The Tenney’s were flexible on check-in times and allowed us to get in a bit early to be able to shower/change from traveling before our rehearsal dinner. Evenings spent on the deck around the fire was very relaxing!! Would for sure bring the family back again!”

”We had wonderful time. It was a gorgeous place to stay. Loved how it was in a wooded area away from others. The house was well kept and clean. The only inconvenience was the host would show up without any notice. Coming to check to see if we needed the trash taken or needed anything else is nice and fine but would have liked a notice that they were coming by.”

”We have gone to the area every year for Thanksgiving week for 4 years now. We have family in the area and my husband hunts. What a great and convenient place for us as it is close to family. House was better than expected. It was very clean and check in was very easy. Brenda was very accommodating as we drove from Florida overnight. I would highly recommend a stay here and would definitely book again in the future.”

”We enjoyed our stay. This home was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed. I was very impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked (waffle iron, crock pot and every utensil you will need) We absolutely loved the location. Mother nature decided to be a little crazy and we had everything from snow, extremely high winds and lots of rain. The owners were so helpful when we lost power. ”Refrigerator didn't cool. The shades, especially the room darking one was very difficult to use as it kept coming out of grooves. This type of shade (while I understand what HI was trying to do) is not appropriate for a hotel. Designer is questionable this selection. Punch list did not capture the tangle chains as well”
