”Dear Mr Royal Hampton… Staff was wonderful accommodating us, pool wasn’t too clean there was stuff floating in it but otherwise the temp was good, maybe wasn’t cleaned from the night before, there was lots of people in it that day. Breakfast was convenient and good”

”Was not familiar with this motel chain but reviews looked good so thought we’d give it a try. It surpassed our expectations and the reviews were spot on. The facilities were excellent and a real value for the price. We will definitely be looking for “My Place” hotels in our future travels.”

”Our room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom…where the toilet and shower are..is very small. I liked having it separate from the sink but was hardly enough room to move around. Other than that…room was really nice. Only had breakfast one of the 3 days we were there but it was good and they kept it well stocked considering how many people were there. ”The rooms were very nice. There is no breakfast in the morning which is usually customary in most hotels we have stayed at. The elevator was not working and we were put on the fourth floor. Staff did offer us a discount on our room but then found they could not give us it since we had prepaid with Expedia. :(”

”absolutely fantastic place to stay! Not a roach in sight and no crumbling paint anywhere. Perfectly maintained very quiet. Perfect if you are there on business. Believe me it is worth the extra money! You are worth the extra money! They have a free breakfast buffet with eggs and sausage in the morning and they even have a bar open until midnight. It's such a beautiful place and I really like staying there when I'm in Kansas City.”

”The stay was fine. However, we requested late check out (1pm) and had our do not disturb sign on our door. Housekeeping woke us up at 9am knocking. Then knocked again at 10:30am and again at 12. Very frustrating!”

”We had a lovely two night stay. The room was clean, comfy and well appointed. If we had ANY thing to comment on, it would be there was not a non slip surface on the tub. Twenty years ago that wouldn't even have been mentioned but we are in our 70's and now it was noticed. Otherwise, great place, lovely staff, super convenient location.”
