”Lia at the front desk saved the trip honestly. A lot of the trails by Big Bear Lake are closed until early September, but Lia provided a list of trails, guides, restaurant recommendations. We ended up doing the kayaking excursion with (I think Caitlyn was her name) and hiked 2 of the trails recommended. The pool was a good temp, the kayaking was fun and informative. Nice shower. The upgrade to the balcony with the view of the lake is worth it. Yummy restaurant at this hotel too! We also walked...

”My room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of available in-room amenities: coffee maker, fridge, iron & ironing board, tv, WiFi, microwave. The shower worked well and the towels were plush. The bed was very comfortable. I sat out on my deck every morning and had coffee to the pleasant sounds of the mountains and forest. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a very nice stay.”

”A beautiful place to stay while in Big Bear. It’s close enough to the Village and Big Bear Laje. The staff and hotel are great and make sure you have all you need. The only inconvenience was all the construction going on around the property but they don’t have control of when the city places those into action. ”
