”We were in town to pick up our daughter from her 1st year end of college at UCI. We arrived (great location), checked in. Greeted by valet staff, check in staff. All encounters were pleasant, warm and welcoming. Excellent! Room was clean, and inviting with a great view of the mall across the street. Perfect score for AC Hotel! Check out was also just as perfectly done. We have decided that this will be our ONLY accommodations when in Irvine! Thank you, The Mar Family”

”Unless you specifically need to stay in this area, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. The hotel costs around $450 a night, which is far from cheap, but the facilities feel outdated and the property is showing its age. The room and common areas could definitely use some renovation. Even the hot water was only warm, not truly hot. On top of that, parking is not included and costs extra. For the price they’re charging, I expected a much better experience. Overall, the value simply isn’t there.”

”We appreciated that the hotel was a central location to things and near the airport (but it’s loud often.) We checked in and they charge $22 a night on top of room cost (they mention it’s in the fine print but it should be more obvious, that’s a steep parking charge to park where you already are paying to stay.) our shower in our room sucked, water temperature fluctuated and we couldn’t get a warm shower, which was manageable but honestly unpleasant and our hotel room floor was sticky, I will...
