”Excellent staff and service ”

”We enjoyed the location of the hotel! The property felt safe and clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious. Some noise from the streets carried very clearly to the room (7th floor), so it interrupted the sleep on occasion. The advertised breakfast was a disappointment - it’s just a coffee and a sweet pastry, which we had to request separately when the front desk said it’s not included in our stay (what it was and luckily we had it stated on the reservation).”

”Great hotel! The rooms are small, but very fresh! The bed, blanket and pillows are very comfortable and fresh. The hotel's location is good, the subways are nearby, central park is also within walking distance. The cafe downstairs is absolutely wonderful, very good coffee and delicious breakfast. We can warmly recommend this place!”

”We just wrapped up a 10-day stay at Hotel Beacon in New York City, and it was the perfect spot for our family. Traveling with two small kids can be tricky, but this hotel made it much easier. The kitchenette in our room was an absolute lifesaver—having a place to whip up quick meals or snacks for the little ones was such a relief. It’s not something you find in every NYC hotel, so it really set this place apart for us. The location on the Upper West Side is fantastic. We were just a short walk...

”I arrived after 22pm. Stuff was amazing, they opened the door from distance and told me my floor, room number, bed number + room code very clearly and made me repeat them. Foam is very soft!! It adjusts to your body movement instantly but has structure too. - I didn’t bring my own lock for the locker, which is too small for bigger suitcases btw - a little bit hard to get to top bed; tiny ladder!!. Also might be hard to sleep if you’re tall or a bigger person - hot room - you hear noice from...
