”Unbelievable service and dining. The fancy restaurant was closed for some updates but the other restaurant was unbelievably! The made something not even on the menu. The even made us a pizza and the waitress brought to the room. Spa was excellent. We were very happy! A 1st class Hotel.”

”If you're looking for quiet and seclusion, this is a great spot. The indoor thermal pool was nice for a half hour or so soak. We had a car and had just come from Sorano and Sovana...would highly recommend both towns. I think there was a walking trail near the hotel, but it was rainy so we decided to drive 45 minutes to Saturnia to the public thermal cascade...fabulous (and free)!!!. We decided to have dinner at a lovely restaurant half way between Saturnia and the hotel, as it seemed too...

”Very nice hotel with superb villas. Villas are furnished with good taste and are Italian country stylish. So classy! And if you like horses (our daughters do!) nearby is horse enclosure and actually you can see them straight from Villas. There is two swimming pool, one for adults and one for families. Restaurant is very good and you can order meal outside of the list. Nearby are two little towns and there you can find crocery stores, gas stations, restaurants etc. Customer service was also...

”Our reception was excellent. The room was very nicely appointed. When we asked for a plate to serve our own appetizers, we were given 2 plates, and 2 of everything. The breakfast was incredible and the best cappuccino in our 3 weeks in Italy! A delightful experience. Pool is not heated but looks great! ( it was late October)”
