The resort is beautiful, the staff are exceptional. The air-conditioning in our room would not go lower than 20 degrees celsius and our room did't get cleaned one day. Extra points for having a ceiling fan and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay again!

Clean room, courteous staff, decent food, restaurants and entertainment inside. Poolside food and entertainment not great and pool is not heated so was cold. Sijainti oli hyvä. Paljon lapsiperheitä Ruoka oli yksikertaista mutta hyvää. Paras oli hotellin oma kauppa.

The Grand Oasis Cancun - All Inclusive
Stay was really good. Resort is really nice and easily accessible to beach , pool, kids zone and bar and restaurant. Food was good also and they have shows every night which we really enjoyed. Room service was great and rooms were always left neat and clean during room service.
