This Island has tropical weather all the time, and when a guest eats anything inside the room, it is almost sure that sooner or later the little ants will come up.Each room counts on electric water heater. When a guest takes a shower and leaves the water runs and runs, of course the hot water supply could be inconsistent depending on how much water is wasted.,

Robert,I am sorry that a Queen size bed was not enough big for one person and the air conditioning was not able to freeze the room in 3 min.

You are right, bugs is an issue that n the island, and more in warmer months. We need to keep on mind that the Island has tropical and very humid weather.

When the spring season is coming, in a tropical and humid weather like the Island, it is impossible to eliminate all kind of bugs. When we spay a room, we expect the bugs died as soon as leave from they hide, like you show in the picture. We wanted to explain that and give you more options, but you did not want to hear anything from us. By the way, you forgot telling that you made a mistake in your check in, and the hotel was flexible move your one-night staying the next day and after that, you had another 1-night booking under your name.
