Every night that we were there the lobby and lobby bars were packed with kids from high school prom which made the resort less private, loud, and overcrowded. ”The only thing I have nice to say is, the staff was amazing. when I saw bedbugs on the bed and crawling on the walls, the staff moved me to a private room however, that room also had bedbugs. The staff did their best to make sure I was comfortable and thankfully I was only there for a night. Would not recommend.”

Cleanliness being one of them, we also got checked into our room after a very long early morning of traveling and there was no working AC, they did switch us room later that evening. Shower drained are so slow if you do not be careful you can flood the bathroom.”

”I liked the space and the beds were really comfortable. The ac did not work in one of the rooms so that was a little inconvenient. Also we had apt b, and the way the front door of the apt is set up, there’s like a window on the door that you can put your arm through so it doesn’t feel 100% safe. ”This hotel was an awesome choice for our trip to Puerto Rico for our honeymoon. Not only is it in a safe location, it's very close to the beach and amazing restaurants! The hotel staff were courteous, helpful, and nice! The room was very comfortable, well kept, and clean. Even with the water shortages, we never lost water once unlike other major hotels that had no water for days. ”This apartment was perfect in every way! It was decorated beautifully, the yard was gorgeous with fruit trees everywhere! It was comfortable and very clean for our party of three. Minutes from the beach, the popular strip to go out, and about 15 minutes from old San Juan. We were provided with beach towels which was helpful! Overall, this place is beautiful and has everything you need!”

My only wish would be for a handrail for the small ramp leading to the main entrance. Arianna made us a delicious breakfast every morning before we started our day.
